DOOMED is an aptly named tech demo jumpscare fest that feels like 7 different maps stitched together at random. Spawn in, wander around aimlessly, waiting for loud noise, walk to loud noise, even louder noise plays, new map. The only story element to speak of is the undead horse being beaten of “it was just a dream,” only for even that element to be immediately twisted to death as you quickly discover “it was not just a dream.”
Obviously, the game is still a demo, and I am fully prepared for a lot of the issues to be blamed on that but typically what goes well in horror game demos is utilizing small snippets of each feature your game has on offer to give the players a taste of what is to come. Not an eerily similar PT clone that feels more akin to a haphazardly put-together horror map as far as visual style and controls go (those being the four directional keys and nothing else). They were average at best. If the standard for horror games was not clipping through the floor into an endless abyss, you sure managed that. 5/10.
I totally agree. The game doesn't make sense because I did it spontaneously without knowing what I want to do. For me, it was more of a test, because this is my first game. (sorry for the terrible English translation, I'm just Russian)

I think all the imperfections actually made this game so much fun 😂 I loved how long the monsters arms were!! Keep up the amazing work, I’d definitely play another one of your games.
The atmosphere of the game was good and the scares did me pretty well. The only criticism I have is regarding the actor's footstep sound effects. I wish they were less noisy
Cool game with a creepy atmosphere and well done jumpscares. Never thought a microwave and cleaning cart would startle me like they did here, haha. Anyway, I really enjoyed this short horror experience and added it to my double feature video. Nice work!
Really?! The microwave? Man you got me good. I thought this game was great. I do wish it had subtitles but I know how time consuming it can be to add subtitles but I still had fun playing the game. The jumpscares were well done. I am curious to see more from you in the future.
The game had good atmosphere and the scares got me pretty good. The only criticism I have is about the player foot step sound effects. I wish they were less loud or changed to something that was a little more subtle.

Well This game was pretty well done. Really enjoyed playing It . The details are nice. The whole concept of the game is really good. The jumpscares really got me LOL. Really Nice Job Developer. The Game's ok. I'd suggest changing the bathroom light from red back to it's original lighting to hide the creature and lower the footstep volume of the players. Otherwise, decent game.
